“Do I need a permit to grow cannabis?”

According to the Cannabis Act, no permit is required as adults (19+ in New Brunswick) are allowed to cultivate up to 4 plants within their dwelling-house.

 

At some point in 2019, Cannabis NB hopes to have inventory of seeds from licensed suppliers to sell to adults in NB who want to grow their own plants.
